OILFIELD TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

NAVPRO leverages a wide-ranging approach in addressing the oilfield tools and equipment supply needs of our customers’ oil and gas operations. Some of the equipment we supply include the followings:

shale-shakers

SHALE SHAKERS

Shale shakers are the primary solids separation tool utilized on a rig. It is the components of drilling equipment used in the first phase of a solids control system on a drilling rig to remove large solids from the mud also known as drilling fluids.

DEGASSERS

DEGASSERS

After the drilling fluids are separated from the large solids, air and gas trapped in the liquids needs to be removed. Degassers are used to remove methane, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide, among other gases. This increases safety at the oilfield by reducing the risk of gas explosions.

MUD-CLEANERS

MUD CLEANERS

During drilling, clean mud is essential to cool the drill bit and prevent downtime. A mesh mud cleaner removes solids from the mud. Sand pumps, which use a rotating grooved disk, move deposits away from drilling sites.

SAND PUMPS

In oilfield drilling, sand pumps are used to move deposits away from the drilling site. They are typically placed in tanks filled with sand and use a rotating grooved disk to operate.

stabbing guides

STABBING GUIDES

Stabbing guides are used to align pins to box threads for an accurate, damage-free connection. For more intense industries such as oil drilling, stabbing guides can also help protect against impact, corrosion, and extreme temperatures.

TUBING ANCHOR CATCHER (TAC A & B)

TAC is a device used to anchor tubing string to the casing at a desired depth, in order to pull and maintain tension in the tubing string during the pump cycle while simultaneously catching and preventing any parted pipe from falling into the well.
